Neil Hancock, Director, ACII

Neil joined Meadons in 1996 having previously spent 17 years at the Norwich Union and Wellington Motor Policies. Apart from overseeing the general running of the office, he is responsible for developing the commercial account, and is the cricket scheme manager.

Christopher Bate, Director

Chris joined the company in 1998 having previously worked 5 years at the General Accident and 6 years in commercial broking.  Chris works very much in tandem with Neil Hancock and is responsible for developing the commercial account.  Socially, Chris enjoys playing golf and tends to think he is the next Tiger Woods.  Chris is married to Meadons' Office Manager Nikki Bate.

Rob Lawson, Director

Rob has worked for a number of insurance companies and financial advisors over 15 years.  In 1996, Rob took over the financial services side of Meadons Insurance Brokers and deals with mortgages, life assurance, pensions and investments.  Rob splits his leisure time between the golf course and shooting as well as spending time with his family and enjoying a pint or two.
